Sisters of Mercy – Allied Group in Mordheim
Those who think the current Rock administrators to be strategically talentless religious fanatics, should think again. It is true, that those who once had been people’s adored councilors, doctors and comforters after the catastrophe became mainly subjects of accusations of heresy and devotion to Chaos, however they have never defied their creed and ideals. Perhaps they have realized it is impossible for them to get rid of the filth swarming the city, on their own?
Regardless of their reasons, it remains a fact that some of the sisters have been allowed to join other people and help in wyrdstone hunts. In contrast to other groups, however, this one provides much more than just warriors.
It should never be forgotten, that what the Order claims is sacrum for the Sisters of Sigmar. No piece of wyrdstone may ever leave the premises of the city, and no sinner can never survive within them. Thus it is not as much the bands who employ the Sisters, as it is the Sisters who hire bands on their own conditions. And these are very simple: all wyrdstone is sold exclusively to the Rock (fortunately for market prices), no mage is allowed in the vicinity of the Sisters, no one is allowed to stand against the fighting Sisters, and all warriors are to attend services under the Rock. Those who abide by these rules are allowed to camp near the temple, are given access to medical care and can count on the Sisters’ suport in combat.

Special rules:
No mages! – a band using the Sisters of Mercy cannot use spellcasting models (though prayers are much welcome).
Thou shall not harm – a band hiring the Sisters of Mercy cannot fight against Sisters of Sigmar warbands, If the band decides to do so, the sisters will automatically abandon such a band not taking part in the fight, and its models in this and every other fight will cause hate in all Sisters. Not to mention that they will never be able to hire them as allies. Ever.
1 Sister Patroness

Equal to the other sisters, and still subordinate to Sisters Superior, she has been chosen to lead a small warband. On her shoulders lies the responsibility to make sure the group they are supporting fulfills all requirements, and it is she who is responsible for the safety and immunity of the Sisters in her care.

They are those who swore on the altar of Sigmar they will rid the city of all filth. Placed under orders of Sister Patroness, without w twinge of conscience they obey the orders of those who joined them in their holy mission.

Freshly accepted by the order noble girls, stuck in the city after the catastrophe, may not have the best combat skills, but cannot be denied fervour and readiness to make sacrifices in the name of Sigmar.

Sisters of Mercy can be hired by any human or dwarven band excluding the Witchhunters, who see them as heretics, and Sisters of Sigmar, who need not treat them as a seperate allied group.
